1.     Editing -  one of the best well edited music videos of the year, the increase in cutting rate increasing           the dramatic effect the video has on the viewer
2.     Sound – A duo between a male singer and female singer creates a balanced in high pitch and low pitch. I think it also helps to narrate the story of a heterosexual relationship in the past.
3. - Mise-en-scene – The use of colors in the set help to show complicated occurrence, I think we could use this in our own production to explain a story through this sort of style 

      The Chainsmoker - Closer ft Halsey

1.         Editing – The use of text and visuals being edited into this video is its Unique selling point , as the textual and visuals are in sync and relate to one another
2.         Location – The exotic locations used in this video help to portray a story of someone’s live into 3 minutes
3.         Mise-en-scene – The use of bright colours help to connote happiness at the end and almost if they have reached a target this is due to a colourful choice of colours and a light colour wash.
