Key Observations:

  • I would like to emulate the steadicam movement and transitions from this piece into my own work as it looks very effective and creates a great flow.
  • Also I would like to use similar costumes that are used in this video for our performance shots.
  • Thirdly the large use of first person mode of address in this video is what our piece is likely include.
  • Finally a technique that I would like to use in post production in order to create transition in our piece is the split screen that you see within this video, leading into a new location with a new costume etc.

  1. Well done - your technical observations are L4 and you have made a well considered selection of shots. I'm surprised that you haven't selected the steadicam tracking of the artist as a technical inspiration, it's really effective. Also use of transitions are creative here - something to consider. In order to secure a L4, you should have a summary of key observations / findings and links to your concept development as part of the post.
    Well done
